		<description>I think plagiarism is inherent in the nature of blogging. As we are all aware, blogging started out as a &#039;web log&#039; not intended for commercial production and as such, did not succumb to the usual copyright laws. The problem lies in the fact that people are now looking to make money from blogging yet don&#039;t want to change their behaviour when it comes to respecting the often hard work of others.

The question is, how will plagiarism be policed? Is it a futile an exercise as trying to enforce music copyrights?</description>
